Course Description

Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 12 years old. Divers aged 12-14 will receive a Junior Rescue Diver certification.

• Prerequisites: Must have a PADI Adventure Diver certification (or equivalent) with the Underwater Navigation dive completed, and Emergency First Response (EFR) Primary and Secondary Care training completed within the last 24 months.

• Health: Participants should be in good health and fit for diving. A medical questionnaire must be completed, and a physician’s approval may be required.

• Duration: The course typically takes 4-7 days to complete, including eLearning or on side learning and in-water training.

• Equipment: Basic scuba gear is provided, including a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device, dive computer, and tank. Please bring personal items like swimwear, sunscreen, and a towel with you.

• Certification: Upon successful completion, you will earn the PADI Rescue Diver certification, a prerequisite for many advanced courses, including PADI Divemaster.
