Course Description

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed to enhance your diving skills and knowledge beyond the basic Open Water Diver level. What to Expect

• Knowledge Development: Start with PADI Advance Open Water Diver manual and video theory, where you’ll study the theory behind the adventure dives. This flexible, self-paced study covers navigation, deep diving, and a selection of specialty dives.Study at your own pace, online or offline, and complete quizzes. This phase typically takes 5-10 hours.

• Adventure Dives: Complete five adventure dives under the supervision of a PADI Instructor:

  • Mandatory Dives: Deep Dive (exploring depths beyond 18 meters/60 feet) and Underwater Navigation (using a compass and natural navigation techniques).

  • Elective Dives: Choose three more dives from options like Night Diving, Wreck Diving, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Digital Underwater Imaging, Fish Identification, and more.

• Hands-On Experience: These dives will help you practice and refine your diving skills, gain new experiences, and build confidence underwater.

Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 12 years old.

• Prerequisites: Must have a PADI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent.

• Health: Participants should be in good health and fit for diving. A medical questionnaire may be required.

• Duration: The course typically takes 2-3 days to complete.

• Equipment: Equipment: Basic scuba gear is provided, including a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device, dive computer, and tank. Please bring personal items like swimwear, sunscreen, and a towel with you.
