Description
Peak Performance Buoyancy – PADI PPB Specialty in Sri Lanka
The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty Course is one of the most useful trainings for divers who want to feel lighter, more relaxed and more in control underwater. In the warm tropical waters of Sri Lanka, you will learn how to move efficiently, hover effortlessly, and reduce your impact on fragile coral reefs.
What You Learn in Peak Performance Buoyancy Training
This course focuses on fine-tuning your trim, weighting, and breathing so that buoyancy becomes natural and intuitive. You will practice hovering in different positions, making precise depth changes and using your lungs instead of your hands to control your movement. By improving Peak Performance Buoyancy, every future dive in Sri Lanka and beyond becomes easier and more enjoyable.
Your PADI Instructor will help you adjust your equipment set-up, streamline hoses and accessories and find the ideal weight placement. Better balance and trim mean less effort, better air consumption and much more comfort underwater.
